4. Payment and Fees Euphoria Models charges fees for its services. Fees will be agreed upon before any work is performed and will vary based on the scope and type of services requested. Payments are made on a recurring basis (monthly, quarterly, etc.) as specified in the agreement.

  • Refunds: All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific agreement.

5. Content Ownership

  • Client Content: You retain ownership of all content you create and upload to your OnlyFans account. By using our services, you grant Euphoria Models a non-exclusive license to access and manage your content as necessary for the purpose of our services.

  • Euphoria Models Content: Any content created by Euphoria Models (such as promotional materials, graphics, marketing plans) remains the property of Euphoria Models.

6. Confidentiality and Privacy Euphoria Models values your privacy and is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your personal information. We will not share, sell, or disclose any information without your consent unless required by law.

7. Performance and Results While we strive to achieve the best possible outcomes for your OnlyFans account, we do not guarantee specific results or revenue. Success depends on a variety of factors, including but not limited to the quality of your content, audience engagement, and external market conditions.

8. Account Termination Euphoria Models reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services if you breach any of the terms outlined in this agreement. You may also terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to Euphoria Models.
